Screen Printing is done by printing ink through a fine mesh screen onto a substrate. There are three key components in the process: Art, Screens and the Print. Each component is equally important. If one portion is not up to par, the whole project will suffer.

The process begins in the art room. Send us your idea, and we make it a reality. Once the customer has approved their art, the design is then broken down into separate colors. This process can be fairly difficult, depending on the complexity of the design,
and this is where our years of experience make a difference.
Once separated, the design is then burned to a screen. The quality of the screen plays a very large role in the outcome of the print. We’ve made the investment in the finest screens available to get the job done right. After the screen is made, it's off to the press!!

Keen Images has an awesome design team that’s capable of bringing even the most complex ideas to life. Our art department can take your ideas and bring them to ​life, using the best graphic design tools the industry has to offer. We can work with most files, but prefer the following formats when possible: .ai, .eps, or .psd
Turn around time:
Typically 1–2 weeks. Rush services are available..
Minimum Requirements:
We will print orders of 24 up to the tens of thousands. No job is too large.
